Refund policy

At FLOS, every piece is made with care and intended to be loved for years to come. Because our swimwear is intimate by nature, we’re unable to accept returns — this helps us uphold the highest standards of hygiene and integrity.

We don’t use hygiene stickers, as they can easily be replaced, and we believe in keeping things as honest and transparent as possible.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right due to a genuine issue, please reach out — we’ll always do what we can to make things fair.

Returns can’t be accepted if tags have been removed, if the piece has been worn, or for international orders outside of the UK.
