At FLOS, every piece is made with care and intended to be loved for years to come.

Because our swimwear is intimate by nature, we ask customers to choose carefully before purchasing. To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and integrity, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once items have been worn, used, altered, or returned without original tags attached.

We do not use hygiene stickers, as they can easily be replaced, and we prefer to keep our process honest and transparent.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll always work to make things fair.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply (including applicable withdrawal rights in certain regions), customers may be entitled to request a return or withdrawal within the legally required period. Eligibility, conditions, and exclusions will apply in accordance with applicable law and the condition of returned items.
