What is the return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our swimwear, we can't accept returns. We encourage mindful purchasing using the size guide— but if you need sizing support before ordering, we’re happy to help— just send us an email on hello@forloveofskin.co.uk
How should I care for my natural swimwear?
To treat your FLOS pieces kindly — rinse after sea, sauna, or swim, wash by hand in cool water with a mild, non-toxic detergent, and dry flat. The better you care for it, the longer it will love you back.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel begins its journey to you. UK orders should arrive within 2-4 working days, and International between 3-17 working days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each FLOS piece is designed and produced in small batches in the UK. We work with local makers to ensure every item is crafted ethically, with care and intention.
